Really want to approach it as if everyone on the road isn't completely deranged. Like the lady decelerating in front of me earlier bec she was LEANING against her window to speak on her cell phone (it makes zero sense to me either, as she was not PEERING out the window, merely pressed against it).
I am CONVINCED now, more than ever that it is a mix of territorialism AND fear that prevents most people from even looking left or right when driving.
