who should learn to do CPR? the girl reading this 🥰

I already know CPR from my years as a lifeguard. I also learned the heimlich and actually had to use it on a kid I was babysitting! Really really glad I knew that.

i had to do CPR + first aid cert when i worked at a summer camp and it's one of my most closely held beliefs that it should be part of the high school graduation curriculum. having an idea of what to do during an emergency has brought me a lot of peace.
