Nah, if she had a ghostwriter, her books might actually be good.
She didn't need a ghostwriter to write that poorly, but the ideas are blatant ripoffs of The Worst Witch series and The Secret of Platform 13 and Wizard's Hall by Jane Yolen, and each of the HP books was more poorly written and edited than its predecessor.
She doesn't need one, she can write terribly all by herself
