In three successive votes, SPLC staff used the tools of workplace democracy to express their lack of faith in SPLC leadership. Each time, they gave Margaret Huang and SPLC management a failing grade. That is why we are now calling for the Board to remove Margaret Huang as CEO.
90% of voting SPLC Union bargaining unit staff - 141 of the 156 voting members, representing a majority of the unit - have expressed that they have NO CONFIDENCE in Margaret Huang’s leadership.
