One weird thing about this is the Mister Mosquito cameo, which they picked the infamous bathtub level from that game as the bases for the cameo, which yeah, I find it very irking as well.

Well, they did allow Banjo and Kazooie to be in Smash, so here, it's no different.

Maybe this time, they could make it into an action RPG like the Kingdom Hearts series as I felt that suited Sonic better than a turn-based RPG.
