I don't know if it's that a lot of people don't know it, or that they keep forgetting it, but: Hytale's *client* will not be open to modding. Only the servers are shared source, and AFAIK the client will only be modifiable using the game's scripting language.
That is due to the modding being done in-engine rather than externally, right? No third-party installers needed.
