SPEAKING OF deceptively simple gameplay refined to an insane level of polish! this game & the one before it (as well as the Flash original) rule! not quite the kinda game you get excited to play, but theyre just such "pure", zeN-like experiences with great aesthetics and a lotta content to go around

this game was gas when you were supposed to be doing school work

this game also has some of my favorite aesthetics for Sonic. i love the speedy levels and their branching paths and the music rips. the Advance trilogy in general oozes style but in my very personal opinion it peaked here!!! i love these sprites so much too
