This is a Mute List. Its creator found loads of accounts that steal and post content, including AI generated stuff. They are often grift accounts. Click the “subscribe” button and you get options to mute or block all its accounts with one button.
By the by, and just to clarify, I didn't make the list. So use accordingly. I've no idea how to make your own, but I'm sure there's documentation.
