Those who deal with chronic pain: I have recently been having issues with my SI joint which is causing my back to spasm. I am constantly in pain. How do you deal with feeling like no one believes how much pain you are in?

Honestly? I lot of crying and depression. Helpfully? Keep trying doctors until you find one that does. It sucks. If you ever want to talk thru things I can do that.
