ZZ Top had the song, "Cheap Sunglasses". I've been enjoying cheap ass wine while slowly prepping to make cheap fried rice. So here it is. Chicken, onion, garlic, fried egg, green onion, Thai red chili pepper powder, lime and cilantro fried rice. 🍽️🍜🌶️🇹🇭

Made a couple pans of Tiramisu & my South of the Border egg casserole (w/ salsa it’s great any time of day or night!) Last are my Calabrian Sigaretto Ristro peppers. I’m gonna dry these for my red pepper flakes. Love their fruity heat. Mangia! We I could share.
Braised Saffron-Lemon Chicken thighs with garden carrots, zucchini & onion. Serving it over extra long white basmati rice. I love the color of chicken juices & saffron. If I had a daughter I would’ve named her Saffron. I’m just wild about Saffron. 😂
