I think I have it. I went through a lot of journalist’s follows and clicked on many accounts to fill my feed. Maybe this happened to people too? And yeah, what others are saying, maybe also a follow-all click to a list?

They probably followed her on twitter because Gamergate and just migrated their follow list unpruned. She does need booted though
