Okay I just found out how to add mentions and quotes tab on your homepage, if you need image steps here you go! Go to #Feeds > Search "Mentions" and "Quotes" > Ta Daaa! You can check people replying to you without notif and quotes ✨ (also Mutuals feed would work well!)
