I quote posted this on my own feed. This is actually a nueral disorder called Glossolalia. Its a malfunction of the frontal lobe. And Related to Schizophrenia. And istead of getting treatment, he is writing in dangerous laws for the rest of us.

It's not actual glossolalia, it's an act.
