Lunch is ready! I made Bengali Chicken Gravy, Paratha, Onion Raita, Pani Puri with mint coriander water and Tamarind Chutney, Chai, and I defrosted Motichoor Ladoo.

As per tradition, I make carrot cake with cream cheese buttercream frosting. Pardon the decoration I lose patience frosted it in 10 min.

Last workout before Taiwan. It was a mishmash of finishing a workout from yesterday and getting random stuff in. Last rep of 4 is actually 5 sets of 4 reps with 10 second breaks in between.
