bc my doctor hates me 😭😭😭😭 in short, ever since i started eating healthier, my health has gone completely haywire (which, yes, ironic). coffee in the morning is supposed to help me with my gut, but i drink truckloads of tea, so it’d be best not to ingest all that caffeine daily. so - tea + coffee 🥲
