How much crunch is too much crunch for you when playing a TTRPG like D&D or another system?

3 Actions in my system is a player's full turn. So they just spend their full turn to attempt stealth.

I'll specify that you take a new roll with a penalty after each action other than a move action. I'll have to think of outside ways to bypass tremorsense

This is for my system. The +3/6/9 are bonus perks you get for when you have those ranks in stealth
