Reposting for Marine Life list. Seeking seastar experts. I have brooding leptasterias (Tutka Bay, Alaska) but this yr I may have observed a post-spawning, pre-brooding event. This is the largest California sea cucumber (Apostichopus californicus) I’ve ever found in the intertidal zone of Tutka Bay, Alaska. It was a little over 12 inches long. 🦑
