I know this doesn't help, but private equity has been taking over vet care and everything is a highway robbery to the 10th power. Some revolting aholes are making a killing out of people's responsible care of their pets.
I think it is run by a private equity firm. I chose them, however, because of proximity and I really like one of the vets and trust him. This sucks.
