From someone who has throughout my life been accused of overthinking, now, as an undeniable Old, I'm feeling just a bit vindicated. That the overthinking paved the way; that I feel tested and ready.
Though some people seem to get through life without encountering nuance and are if anything more adverse to complexity as they age
Perhaps also a hopeless sense of lack of control+ futility over waves of warrior male actors fighting with their egos on the 🌏stage while ordinary ppl flee, die, are mutilated, in poverty+ desperation + none of the despots care as the world regresses from a stability+ safety we thought was constant.
And all your tools are broken and worn out. You can no longer hope to be right, merely less wrong.
Fortunately countered by the increasing ability not to not take everything so seriously 😉
