I don't know that there were any soundtracks I listened to that much in the 90s, but High Fidelity and Vanilla Sky are two of my favourite soundtracks, and they're pretty damn close (2000-2001).

Oh, I love those soundtracks! I have a soft spot for VANILLA SKY, in particular.
