If only Starmer would agree to rejoin Erasmus & do a youth mobility scheme with the EU (both relatively easy ‘wins’) it might push the UK up that list a bit! I think the UK still has a very long way to go to rebuild its reputation with the EU. I hope that Starmer’s SpAds read posts such as this.

Erasmus is currently tricky as universities don’t have the money to support it. The changes to international student visas under Sunak has led to a huge drop in applications & income. That needs to be fixed first
