Nebraska's Supreme Court effectively helped the GOP secretary of state disenfranchise voters by waiting for months to rule just before the registration deadline. Many of them may not know they regained their rights until it's too late to vote in 2024, when NE has competitive Senate & House races

So they have to reapply? The secretary of state won't process the previously denied registrations?
