Wrap in foil-do not pierce Bake for one hour or a bit longer. Big Chonkey Bois can take 75 -90min. They're hard to overcook. Check to make sure they're soft and fluffy all the way through. Refrigerate extras up to a week in the foil. They reheat really well in the microwave (minus foil, of course)
