Commission has to give a "reasonable period" to reply to the provisional findings (on July 12th). We don't know the length of the period in this case, because the findings aren't published and the press release doesn't say. Presumably a failure to reply by the deadline frees the Commission to act.

Article 79(1) and (2) of the Digital Services Act, on the right to be heard in the event of Commission proceedings.

We *do* know the deadline for the Commission to decide whether X is a "gatekeeper" under the Digital *Markets* Act: October 13th. (Being a gatekeeper would entail obligations; but whether X breaches those obligations would be a further investigation) ec.europa.eu/commission/p...
