EU external relations law: turns out that the opinion on a draft international treaty that the CJEU was recently asked to give concerns an aviation treaty, not ECHR accession. Presumably the division of powers on aviation treaties between the EU and the Member States is being relitigated?

Well, that might be good - the way European rail and European aviation is regulated and managed (and taxed and subsidised) needs a complete overhaul to prevent the total collapse of our ecosystem. We need to urgently re litigate both… @jonworth.eu
