Odd. I constantly see people seeking help from companies on X when their orders have gone astray and quite a few companies X seems to be - and still remains - one of their main social media options. I'm curious: what would need to happen for them to be ruled a gatekeeper?

I have used Twitter/X to contact BA, Hilton, Barclays, O2, HSBC and House of Fraser (RIP) to sort out problems with bookings and purchases. Using Twitter/X is standard advice for business problems.
