I've never driven in London before and our return from Whimsygoth in Camden was ten levels of hilarious. 20 mph on most roads was a painful experience. Me being new and slow, I appreciate the extra time for decision making... but I can do that just as well at 30, especially on the wide, two lanes.
Needless to say; excessively excited and our table neighbour is very nice.
Satan giveth a most amazing opportunity; we have a spot at the epic 'Satanic Flea Market' in Electrowerkz in London next Sunday, October 6th. Come and say hi! #baphomart#satanicfleamarket#alternativeart
Slowly recovering from our first ever Whimsygoth Market in Camden. Excellent crowds and plenty sales. Our stall was so busy at times that we barely had a moment for lunch. Absolutely delighted. Bought this fancy tea as a treat from our neighbour seller - @luckyleafteas.bsky.social ^^
The continuing pleasure of picking my own salad for dinner. Still can't get over how easy Nasturtiums are to grow, the peppery taste and the fact that slugs don't decimate them! #gardening
Fun fact, you can collect seeds off shop-bought fruits and veggies then sow them in spring. I've grown strawberries, tomatoes and kiwi vines this way. ^^;
In a therapy session during Covid, I once shared that being out in the garden is my (un)healthy coping mechanism. Therapist asked 'but what happens if you run out of things to do?' Still laughing at that statement years later. But gardening is my Achilles heel; if it's sunny - I'm out in the grass.
