I used to wonder why the fuck anyone cared what anyone else reads unless they were trying to sell a competing book. Then I realized, they didn't like being left out. So instead of shutting the fuck up or talking up what they DO love, they have to whine loudly to be part of the conversation.

The Star Wars High Republic books come out in waves. Most of the time there's an Adult, YA, and middle-reader books in each wave. I read all of them because they're awesome and complete the story. My husband usually reads just the Adult and YA. It's all about space wizards.
