Strongest winds are expected Thursday night and Friday. * Humidity...Minimum daytime relative humidity of 10 to 25 percent expected Thursday afternoon into Saturday. Moderate to poor overnight RH recoveries of 25 to 50 percent. * Highest Threat...Mountain valleys and gaps including existing wildfires. * Impacts...The combination of gusty wind and low humidity can cause new fire starts and ongoing wildfires to rapidly grow in size and intensity. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
