I won't risk any smoothbrained idiots screaming at me for saying this here as a 1 follower account compared to bird app but I've been thinking a bit about how "mecha fans" tend to idolise irl directors and writers to the point they genuinely are unable to critically view stuff.

Like these people fail to see why these people have chosen to use the words they have on their characters when writing or admit any shortcomings (this is mainly a massive flaw with those blindly obsessed with Tomino and especially Imagawa.)
