That was on Mogg wasn't it. Can you imagine being in the room when he came out with that? Aside from the practicalities...the inverters required to plug in a sub, the disruption to CASD, the vulnerability of a sub in harbour; how would it make nuclear look safe, more than a conventional reactor?
