To create a custom feed: 1) Go to skyfeed.app in a browser (install as an app when prompted if you want). Use your Bluesky username and then click the arrow in the password box to get BS to generate a password token for you (just call it "Skyfeed") that you can then paste into the password box.

I'll give this a go tomorrow thanks 📌

You can use other people's lists, too, not just ones you've created yourself. If you find a list you like, click on its 3-dots menu and "copy link to list" (you'll need to share to email and then harvest if using the app), then paste it into the "List URI" box instead of clicking on "Your lists".
The "list" input to the feed: You can create a list of Bluesky users manually in the bsky app (Lists > Add New) or using search rules in the skyfeed app (which still needs to manually refreshed periodically to update the resulting list 😥). The "list input" then restricts to just these users' posts.
3) Give your feed a sensible name and then click "Publish Feed". This prompts you to write a blurb to explain to other users what your feed is. 4) If you think others might like your custom feed, post about it to let others know it exists! 😊
2) In Skyfeed, click on the "Fed Builder" (spanner icon). Use the "Add Block" button repeated to create a sequence of rules that will define your list. This is fairly intuitive, but you might need to play with the options. Here are the blocks for the "UK Teaching 🎓" feed.
