I don’t even know how that would be possible. It’s not like storyboard artists are just making random drawings all day. They are after actually writing the film as they go. Also, someone one needs to be writing those prompts… who would it be if not a story artist.
So wild they don't want to pay people to work but will be mad and Wonder why no one is spending money
