So, I've been thinking about this, and listening to everyone talk, and.... The folks behind the #BigBadBoycott@bigbadcon.bsky.social did not handle the issue of the panel language the best way possible, but, to go from that to "BigBad is complicit in genocide," is a reach.

I'm broke, so I'm not going to the con this year, but I plan to start putting away money for next year. I hope that a discussion about Gaza continues around @bigbadcon.bsky.social , but these people aren't the ones to lead it. Meantime, the rest of us should keep pushing in ways that matter.
