If you want my opinion: as unfortunate as it is that it must come to this, I think banning Twitter might be the best thing for Brazil in the long run. I'm not touching that site with a ten foot pole after seeing the current state of it...

But then again, it's not that easy to transition to a different platform, especially when you have a large following. So it's essentially a double edged sword.
