The irony being that good practice says slides should be provided in advance for neurodivergent people, plus made accessible in other ways like able to be understood/heard by a blind person.🙃 Inclusion takes time. A major barrier for inclusion is academic workload.

That's where conveners come in. And a lot of neurodivergent ppl (me incl.) do their best to make it work one way or another. It's the big shots/permanents etc who don't care how much time they use up and why that are the problem.
