Rollout should be done now! I saw some people still not having access but that's being resolved too. If it still doesn't appear, try disabling your adblocker for now or make an exclusion (the feature-gating service might be getting blocked since it's classified as telemetry)

if you drag them into the post box from a file browser it should let you :D
