Labour introducing legislation to stop MPs from having second jobs except in limited circumstances (NHS etc) would be a fabulous way to troll Farage.

If you look at how many hours of other jobs he does, the MP work must only be being done part time (if at all).

Absolutely. They have one job so do it properly. I also believe the expenses they receive is so abused that it should be stopped. Increase their pay so they have enough to maintain an office and staff. Take over an empty office block and turn into bedsits for whilst Parliaments in session.

I've always thought this. You can't do two jobs properly something has to give. There is something to be said for having an understanding of the real world, I know but maybe volunteering in a food bank or CAB office one day a week would be as good.

To be honest, this has always been something I've advocated. I find it rather ridiculous that they can have other jobs. I'm sure it would dissuade the majority of the wrong'uns in it for personal gain and hubris.

Just tax MPs second jobs at 90+%. That would allow those that need to maintain a level of practice for CPD, etc, to do so but without incentiveising them to do any more than the minimum necessary.
