Visible app and wearable tracker, shower stool
Yes to those! I have Visible (when will it give me some good news I wonder?) and my fitbit is good for monitoring sleep and perversely tells me when I am overdoing if (cause for the fitbit to congratulate me) shower stool maybe, but I tend to have a bath (and a snooze at same time!)
