Because they don’t see the 🚲 as an option. Not for them, not for us….
I mean yes. Maybe if we can't get them to actually spend the money we should [for every 🚗🛣️ consented] make it compulsory to also provide plans and costing for both dedicated 🚲 [i.e. not on/by road] and 🛤️🚂alternatives.
