hi, we’re aware of both of those issues, and we should be releasing a fix soon. sorry for the inconvenience! btw, you might be able to force the keyboard to open by tapping where the cursor is

Thanks, but if I tap where the cursor is, the keyboard pops open for a fraction of a second and then immediately pops closed again. I cannot type in the fraction of a second that the keyboard is open, before it closes again.
