I feel proud of our side this morning. (Only saw L'pool on TV/Man C on radio.) Apart from individual errors during a short spell yesterday, we put up a respectable performance against a team that can bring £100m player on as a sub. If we concentrate on beating the bottom 2/3rds of table, shd be OK.

True, but I’m also a bit disappointed with yesterday because we reacted so badly to conceding the first goal. Would have liked to get home crowd edgy. Agree though that these games won’t define the season, onto next Saturday.
