The DPS arrested Richard Heyman on Wednesday after claiming he grabbed a trooper's bike while law enforcement began arresting protesters on April 29.

Keep in mind that DPS is also pressing charges against the FOX news cameraman who tripped and bumped into a trooper who was trying to grab young women. They claim the cameraman "assaulted" the trooper. And NB: the fired prof teaches classes on the history of redlining for the Architecture Dept.
