Thanks for hosting this art share! Love seeing people's process. Mine includes a quick sketch, usually in a little sketchbook. Then I expand on it with a slightly more detailed sketch, mostly concerned about composition and finding forms. Then I move on to line art, and then the final product!

Love your process, it’s super clear! I tend to be more straightforward with client work, but on my own art I often let it go on a journey before finding its direction! First phases are just to understand the composition and idea, then I work on separating the values and changing my mind constantly 😂

I feel ashamed to post mine cause I'm not very organized and I know I should do more planning (and record my process). I keep forgetting to take a first step process so this is only one from start to finish. I usually just have a clear image in my head #art
