Make Hobbes Great Again (thinking particularly of Behemoth & S Holmes' wonderful intro to his edition)
which gets to something crucial, in my understanding of the crisis: the fragmentation of elite authority over the last ~50 years to an extreme degree relative to the previous 50 or so.
