Also found a tiny wooden comb small enough to fit into my small purse. Apparently it's sandalwood. I'm in love with the lotus carving! I will probably remove the tassel though so it doesn't get tangled in my bag.

Update: follow-up appointment went well! Got a referral for some physio sessions which I am going to book after I come back from the Fish Fair in Germany (bc mum's physiotherapist does take cases like mine, and he's on holiday right now anyway.)

The follow-up appointment for my emergency back surgery is coming up tomorrow and I really don't feel like going. I mean I am so grateful that we have good healthcare at our disposal, but...do I /have/ to get up so early for this? 🤣
