Bluesky has a VERY robust system for blocks and MUTES You can mute words or phrases for forever, 24 hours, 7 or 30 days, if you do not want to hear about #Cybertrucks for a week. Remember, This isn't twitter, we attention starve assclowns here.

I lost the ability to block a month before I decided to leave. That was 6 months ago. The toxic aroma made me want to shower everytime I went to the site.

And they're all so well thought-out! Being able to detach your QT from a QT you object to seems like the most obvious thing in the world in hindsight but was a real 200 IQ move in allowing people to protect what type of social media voice they are tending.
