Thanks! I agree. The challenge is finding a suitable data source. It is tough to find a large number of papers that were preregistered and have open peer review history. I felt that PLOS was the best bet.

This is a really good start. What I meant was actually we have a lot to do to get reviewers/eds to pay attention to preregistrations, as well as properly incentivising and rewarding/acknowledging their role.
