that's fair, its really not for alot of people. poppers im pretty sure are harmless as an occasional activity, idk as a semi-daily one. Maybe like as a once and a while things it'd be a much healthier replacement for booze or smoking for some mild euphoria

i feel like weed is only bad if you need to have some ambition and forward motion towards goals, if you are satisfied with life or if you need to kill the pain of constant misery it's fine to be a daily weed head. its not great but for alot of people raw dogging reality isn't tenable.

coffee 12 hours prior to sleep since it's half life is 5 hours and it gets out of yr system by then. there's also kava which is bio-similar to alcohol but isn't a posionious liquid. like its probably not healthy to be addicted to it but its waaaay better than booze.

I mean like I get it because how often do libs justify their contempt for global south people by saying they're homophonic. Literally so many libs say this about Israel/palestine or even neo-colonialisn in general.
