Hm, in return though you get multi-target support in platformio.ini? Does Arduino do that? I've barely used the v2 IDE, I never liked the v1.

And as I say this I just discovered all the bottom bar buttons... I haven't tried the multi-target support yet, but it turns out I can pick the device using the bottom bar. This more or less removes the majority of the annoyance.
